Aesthetically this greenhouse is just wonderful. And that is it as everything else is problematic. First off, all the wood used is not made of Cedar as advertised but some type of fir wood (it does have the smell of cedar when first installed but the smell disappears quickly (most likely it is treated chemically to smell like cedar). Within a year's time you will see the wood deterioratig (grey spots, some peeling, etc... all signs that the wood is not cedar. Overall, many (if not most) pieces are warped and assembly (due to lack of fitment) is a big challenge. The hardware for the window and door are horrible as they do not close them firmly (if they close). Customer Service are not of any help either - I think they know very well that all buyers experience issues and it would be very costly to replace parts. Last, everyone that has seen this greenhouse in our home have commented very positively and actually are interested to buy. But after hearing the challenges that we experienced they sure lose excitement.

Love this greenhouse! Actually a dream come true. I've been looking for one for several years but didn't want to pay $10,000. This is fabulous quality. We did seal coat it.My husband and I put it together but he does have experience. Me, I was just the "go-for"person.The you tube videos were invaluable.In summary, if you would like a small greenhouse, this is it!(Note: I never leave reviews.)

Two very tightly packed boxes turned into an awesome greenhouse. Well orchestrated instructions with video and multiple language books. Did the inventory of parts all laid out in the yard and every piece went together like legos almost. (Did have to screw them in). A nice “thud” sound as things fit together perfectly. Took a neighbor and 13yr old son about 10 hrs to put together. Only suggestion I could add is to have a permanent marking on the UV side of the window. It was impossible to check if it was constructed right once the plastic film was removed. But I love it… so do the ants and weeds coming up through the pavers we used for the base. The OPENer in the top works amazingly well. Fun to watch as temp changes. As soon as we opened the box we ran and put it in the refrigerator and only brought it out when we were installing it.

It came faster than said. It went together with little problem , instructions were very clear but also utube videos helpful. Great little green house would recommend it.

My kit had many pieces that had deep cracks in the wood or bowed. Initially, I requested 4 pieces be replaced which was no issue but as I started putting the Greehouse together realized there were more pieces that were defective and got the runaround from their customer service to replace them over several months with no luck. Their customer service stopped responding to my request to replace defective pieces. This company also deletes unfavorable reviews on their website indicating they are untrustworthy as a company.
