We're retrofitting our office (slowly but surely) and I'm progressively ordering new phones. These devices are great, but today I installed a new one with a blown speaker on it. The return window has closed (by ten days) as I'm just upgrading each employee as I have time. In the future, I'll have to make sure I test each device faster. Looking through other reviews, it looks like others have had similar issues or possibly that these devices are renewed/returned vs new.

The phone arrived with an old firmware which did not work with Teams. The Yealink website DOES have the latest firmware which DOES work with MS Teams. (T55(T58V,T56A)-58.15.0.116.rom worked perfectly)Very happy with the purchase

Received the package unsealed, therefore it was open, two items were missing , power adapter and cameraBig disappointment, if those two is not part of the deal, it must be mentioned clearly so we can buy from other seller at better price

Je viens de recevoir le téléphone et je viens de m'apercevoir que le cable d'alimentation n'est pas fourni. Il est précisé nulle part sur le site que le cable doit être acheté séparément.... C'est tout de meme assez étonnant pour un telephone à 400euros

Pros: The Screen moves, and is great at reducing glare you experienced with the T48S due to a non movable base.It uses android v5 I believe. You pick up a browser button and other features that aare android based, such as calendaring ect.Cons: Another comment on the screen, it's not antiglare. It reflects back your own refection like crazy.The DSS keys feature less rows than the T48sIts android and features a few bugs. If you have an android app open like browser and then start using the dial buttons on the phone it does not change out of the browser and does not enter anything on the screen, your users will have to hit the home button then they can dial a number.The base is not adjustable, The wall mount is a separate part you have to order.

I received this phone which looks great with the display etc. I immediately updated the firmware to the MS Teams version as this was replacing a trusty old Polycom CX300 handset which has worked well under skype for business. The recent MS Teams change has made this phone pretty much useless.I opted for this handset as it is listed on the MS Supported Teams page.Once the firmware was installed credentials entered its fantastic. works as it should. with a nice touch display.

Easy to program, and I can monitor who's on a call and who isn't. Great sound quality on the speaker and handset...I'm thinking of getting one for my home office.

Das Telefon ist 1a, genau das was ich gesucht habe. Kleiner Tip für interessierte Käufer, wer hier ein Android Tablet umgebaut als Telefon erwartet, auf dem man Apps installiert, Google Play Store etc... wird enttäuscht werden. Das Gerät ist ein Enterprise Produkt, stark angepasstes und reduziertes Android, auf die Bedürfnisse von Firmenkunden zugeschnitten. Es können auch Apps installiert werden, aber NUR UND AUSSCHLIESSLICH über einen Provisioning Server.

This phone is impossible to use. It has way too many features and I wanted to get rid of my current 8x8 provider but without them my hands are tied. Biggest mistake going with these phones. The voice quality over fiber is awful also. This phone would be great for my home maybe but 8 in my office are a nightmare.The android platform is not ready for prime time business environment.The phone is so darn big I cant even fit these on the desk. Switching back to my AT&T phones that actually worked.

In der Vergangenheit habe ich mit einem Cisco IP-Telefon gearbeitet. Leider sind die Geräte von der Usability eine Katastrophe. Dieses Gerät habe ich als Nachfolger des Yealink T48G gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden. Das Gerät bietet alle Funktionen die man sich nur wünschen kann, zudem ist das Interface viel besser gelöst und auch das Webinterface für die Konfiguration ist gut bedienbar, wenngleich es hier noch Optimierungsbedarf bei der Übersicht gibt. Von meiner Seite eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
