Perfect solution for hanging a punching bag from an i beam. I have a large I beam in the garage and this was an easy and elegant solution. It holds a 100 pound bag no problem. Super easy to install!

I am easily able to hang a heavy bag from an I-Beam in my basement. It has worked perfectly. It was extremely easy to install. I almost bought another similar product that cost $99.00 but decided to give this a try at such a cheaper price. VERY HAPPY!

We added a heavy bag to our home gym, and used this product to hand the bag from the I beam. It is a very, very simple installation process (other than holding the 80 lb bag and placing the hooks.) Works very well, and with the separately purchased spring, the hand depth is perfect for our needs. We had a problem, this was the solution.

I purchased this bracket to hold my 100 lb punching bag. So far it is doing very well, I've had this for about three weeks now, and I use my punching bag three times a week. It did not quite fit the beam but if you insert some pieces of cardboard to have the brackets hug the beam from the top and bottom, it works very well! I read some bad reviews about the bracket being flimsy and loose but if you secure them with the additional bulk to keep the brackets in place, it works very well!

I was worried this wouldn’t fit but it fit over my basements massive I-beam and has an 80 lbs heavy bag hanging. No issues whatsoever, easy to install and holds up no problem! A great price point to help you hang your heavy bag especially compared to other alternatives

I used these to hang lights in my shop on the beams at the 24ft peak. They were very easy to install, and even worked on the angle where the beams make a peak. I used them on 4 inch I-beams and they worked perfectly. They come with very long bolts for wider applications so I replaced the bolts with shorter ones although it would have worked fine with the original ones. I just didn't want the excess bolt hanging out. My lights are very light, but these could be used to hang just about anything. Strong 1/4" steel and well made.

Perfect for holding my heavy bag. Needed to go to Home Depot to get 2 steel quick links loops and a heavy duty swivel to attach this mount to the bag (~$12). Entire rig works perfect. Size adjustability is a huge selling point. Worked great. Definitely a good buy on this I-bead mount.
