Light beige fit my 36-37 top tier 10x10 abc canopy that I couldn't find a replacement for.I worked though Amazon and ABC Canopy and neither were any help.

I purchased this at the beginning of summer. The top small square does not fit in the top. I have to tie it up with an extra cord if I want the top hole to be covered. With the sun it has discolored about 50%

It fits the 10 x 10 I got from Lowe’s about 5 years ago. The top piece doesn’t fit perfect but I just added a little length to my frame with 3/4” pvc and it works great. They don’t last more than one season, but I don’t take them off during storms. I’ve put three of these on and will continue to as long as they are available. Cheaper to buy in the winter. Make sure you measure your frame and if yours is like mine, you can just cut pieces of PVC and slide it on the frame and add a little length if you need a tighter fit.

This is the only replacement canopy I've found which is regularly in stock and has the smaller 36" top. I bought both the dark and light beige models, where I found that only the dark beige choice gets you the smaller top. The other choice gets you a 48 inch top.The seller should separate the listing and put the appropriate size information in the title, so no one gets confused. Otherwise, this is of passable quality and is a great value considering the price!

My new canopy has been up two weeks. TWO. Already stretched and starting to rip at each “pocket”. I’ve replaced my canopy once before with a much better quality product which lasted approx 3years. I thought this was the same one, but now I don’t think so at all . Save your money!

I had to modify my frame because this cover wasn't maid for my gazebo. But I knew that when I ordered it. But once I made the modifications, it fits well and looks good.

I stand by my original l posting and appreciation of the canopy. However, several people commented that is is not waterproof. It's not. We have recently had a lot of rain, and I noticed that drops were seeping through the canvas. But sine we want it for shade when it's sunny, I don't mind the water seeping through. But if it is important to be waterproof or offering protection in the rain, then this product is not for you.If you care only about shade and coverage of the full structure where other canopies have failed to fit, then read on. For **my** purpose of creating shade, it's still a good choice.I ordered this knowing some thought it too big. In the past the replacement covers we ordered were too snug. We really had to fight to get them over the corners and to stay attached to the frame. I had added countless sets of velcro or ties to try to hold them on. In looking for this one, I noticed how many covers reported being 9'6" x 9'6" even though they are for a 10x10 frame. I thought it was worth a chance on the oversized one and that it could be modified easily enough. The top cover was indeed a little large, but I solved that easily by making some stitches in the flap to hold the cover more securely to the frame. Less room for the rods to slide around in the pocket. Also there are matching ties to be able totie both covers together. The main cover IS large - and that it what I wanted. It is far easier to cut down or take some tucks than to keep fighting an over-stretched cover. That it is flat with "pockets" and not fitted offers more flexibility. I followed the advice I saw when shopping and tried the really large binder clips. Because of the 10.6' x 10.6' size, there was plenty of fabric to bring down and fold over the frame. By placing three binder clips on each side (center and two corners), the canvas is held securely. I may stitch some fitted corners later, but am very happy for now. It was a relatively quick install. I didn't really track the time, but certainly less than two hours to test the top tier, narrow the flaps with some stitches, pull on the main cover and secure it with the binder clips, and finally to tie the top canopy to the main one.It worked out as I had hoped.
