Put one on a VTX 1300 and a VTX 1800. Fits great on both bikes. Took it to a body shop to get an estimate on color matching to the bikes and even they were surprised that this was an Amazon find as the quality of it is great. Love the fact that it comes with the brakes because normally they don't and brakes are hard to find, especially for the VTX. It wasn't hard at all to put on eather bike. It also fits solid and secure, you don't hear rubbing and rattling as you go down the road. I don't carry passengers so I can't speek to the comfort of it, but the padding is thick enough that I don't see it being an issue. The storage capacity is fantastic, can fit what I need in it, and excited for long trips that I need to cary extra gear. It also is balanced nicely and doesn't throw off the bikes balance. Highly recommend and a great value for the price.

Brackets are light gauge and bolts that were sent don't work. But with some doing it's on and looking good. The trunk itself is very nice. Would suggest a liner for it.
