I have arthritis in my shoulder, so this helps hold an ice pack in place when I have pain after activity. The fit is not great, would expect minimal support and some chafing if used during activity.

I tried this product, Because I need reverse rotator cuff surgery, but it didn't work for me. You have to keep it real tight and it was kind of binding under your armpit. You could wear it over a t-shirt. No different in releve.

We've used several different types of braces and they're all of limited value, and this one is no different. Temper your expectations; you can't just tighten some fabric against your body and have it perfectly hold another body part in place without referral issues. That said, this one works fairly well to hold the shoulder back, though it also sort of pulls it forward. We knew what to expect so we're happy with it.
