It's defective item. When I got the bike, both wheels were broken. My father fixed it for 3 days and he was very angry with that. After two months, two wheels were broken again. The head of the bike was broken as well. OMG, did I purchase an old bike? I purchased a defective item. It's only 3 months, I need to purchase a new one. The point is, it's not cheap at all. Why I purchased a defective item for the high cost?

Beautiful, very simple to put together (almost comes put together with minor tweaks) I love the way it looks and rides. I received many compliments on the look of the bike. It’s much more striking than I imagined!

I love this bike. It’s very comfortable to ride around town to the pool or anywhere else I want to go. It has more than met all my expectations! Very cool bike! Have gotten a lot of compliments.

The bike had dings all over it, scratches on the seat, and the front wicker basket was deformed and bent out of shape rendering it useless (we had to buy another one), which was one of the main reasons we bought the bike. It also took almost an hour to assemble.Next time - we will go to a local bike shop and purchase a better made and properly assembled bike.

I love my new bike! It rides well but the extras are really wonderful. There’s a top grade seat, a bell, best kick stand I’ve ever had, useable lock, 2 ways to carry items and the air pump really works! I’m a happy biker😁

The bike is fine, except it was missing a couple of washers. The instructions are Indecipherable. If you don't have mechanical skills, good luck. Was also packaged with a flat rear tire. Had to purchase new tube.

I want to begin by stating I typically do not write reviews to online purchases...but truly feel this company needs to be noticed.My family has ordered 3 of these bikes over the last month and we're truly happy customers. If you are experienced at all with assembling a bike, this should be a breeze for you. If not, each come equipped with instructions, tools, and everything needed to be riding soon!That said, one of the bikes, we think in shipping, was damaged near the derailer. Upon riding, the gears would not shift properly, causing the bike to malfunction at every attempt.We used all our resources that we had available to us to adjust, test, and try to fix the issue on our own ...Then I contacted the company.They made it right, resolving this issue quickly, and a new bike is on the way!My daughter is thrilled her bike is coming, since it was a gift for her 13th birthday. She'll finally be able to ride! We have every hope that it will be in great working condition like the others we received. They seem well built, and of good quality.What a pleasant surprise to be working with a company that stands by their product. We would purchase again without hesitation!
