I purchased the 24” 7 speed. There are more negative reviews than good ones and this is what you should pay attention to. It’s a hit and miss with this product. The instructions are terrible and you really need to know how to assemble a bike to be able to understand them.My 3 wheel was missing screws, had damaged parts: chain guard bent, and multiple parts paint is scratched to the metal. The basket lid hits the seat so I can’t open it all the way.You don’t know what’s completely missing or not do able until you finish the assembly and that takes a minimum of 3hrsI contacted the seller as instructed by Amazon, for the missing and damaged parts they said they couldn’t do anything to contact Amazon.A circle of ridiculous customer service. It’s not fun to ride it barely moves. The gears do not change smoothly. The value for my money is zero. One star ⭐️: The size was good for a 5’4 frame.I can return for a refund but I will have to disassemble this bike and find a box large enough to put it into. This ruined my New Year as it was my resolution to start bicycling again after 2yrs being home bound from an illness.

Paid for a 28 inch, got a 26 inch. There were pieces missing and we had to buy a new gear box.

Very cheap, not put together at all, not even the brake cables. Not what I expected, I thought it was going to of better quality.

It took nearly 6 hours to put together. Beautiful comes with tire pump and lock. Sturdy. Would cost well over $500 if bought at a bike shop. I am thrilled with my new transpiration mode. I am 74 and wanted something safe to exercise .. this is it.

THIS TRYKE CAME WITH BENT FRONT WHEEL, BACK RIGHT WHEEL HAD LOOSE SPOKES, MISSING NUTS FOR FENDERS, HOUSING COVER FOR GEARS WAS BENT. THE BOX IT CAME IN WAS NOT DAMAGED, THE MFG JUST PUT FAULT PARTS IN THE BOX. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO A BIKE MART TO BE FIXED TO THE TUNE OF $128.00. THE FIRST TIME I RODE IT HTE CHAIN CAME OFF AND LEFT ME STRANDED. SORRY I EVER BOUGHT THIS TRYKE.

Make no mistake: You're buying a bike for under $200 and it definitely shows. The fenders were impossibly misaligned horizontally after assembly -- a full 1 1/2" off from the tire itself. And it was not possible to "bend" them into the right position. But that's not the worst of it. The right wheel refused to "freewheel"; it obviously needed some form of lubrication, but there are no grease zerks and no way to disassemble to lubricate. I called the toll-free number provided in the box and was told I had to call Amazon (since they sold it). I asked what Amazon would possibly know about addressing the sticky wheel issue, and the guy said I have to call Amazon. So I did (talked to someone who could barely speak English), and of course they know NOTHING about bikes, lubrication, etc. Only two options: return for refund or return for replacement -- all over a sticky wheel. I chose the former. So, moral of the story: NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT AT ALL.The bearings on the front wheel were so tight that it too would not freewheel, but that's an easy fix with a simple adjustment. Some of the screws were loose in the box. I think that's because many of the screws come pre-threaded into their holes on the bike where they belong and they simply vibrated out during transit. Still, pretty disconcerting to open the box and have the first thing you see be loose screws and nuts. The rear basket is not a basket at all until you use these 1/2" by 3" thin metal strips (provided) as "ties" to secure it all together. Absurd design and very tricky to put together alone. One part pops out when the other part is fitted into position -- and 'round and 'round you go, only to achieve in the end a pretty ugly result.Everything provided with this bike is the absolute cheapest you could possibly find. The handlebar bell looks as though it cost all of 25 cents to manufacture. Same with the pedals. But you have to expect that at this price point. At the end of the day, though, you're expecting a bike that will roll freely, pedal freely, and hold together.Keep looking. This bike ain't it.

These bicycles have been a game-changer for my parents, who are both disabled. They have not stopped riding them since they bought them and I am thrilled to see them engaging in physical activity once again. Highly recommended for those seeking mobility and freedom.
