Very disappointed in this product. Product came missing the back plate that holds the entire podium together. The base plate was chipped. Plus no instructions.

Update: Both podiums were received in great condition and the package that was undeliverable was refunded.I have bought a few different brands, styles, and heights. I can tell you from my past experiences, I was leary about having to make ANOTHER plexiglass podium purchase. We own an AV company and have had to source a lot of these for shows and events. The last podiums I bought were a complete nightmare. I had to order and return three podiums until one was sent that wasn't damaged. I was anxious in having to go through that experience again. Especially seeing some reviews on here... That wasn't the case this time!I bought two podiums from this seller. For the first package I was notified that it was undeliverable due to damage in shipping. That definitely was unsettling, but I was still glad I didn't have to return it myself like with a previous seller. Refund is pending, but I'm not worried since it was a carrier issue. I reordered another one in the meantime.The second package came. It was packaged well and not a scratch or crack was on any of the plexiglass! I had it set up in 10 minutes and I'm very pleased with the product!They have protective film instead of paper on the plexiglass, which was my favorite thing! I have spent way too much time peeling off protective paper to find scratches and cracks before. It took me less than a minute to get this film off the plexiglass and not any scratches or cracks. Yes, please!I will update my review once I receive the second podium, but I'm happy so far with this product!
