Never remove factory installed studs on wheel spacer/adapter.
Never use impact wrench for wheel spacer/adapter installation.

This spacer adapter includes open-end lug nuts to secure the spacers onto your factory hubs
If your factory thread size is different from 12x1.5 - Need to purchase a set of open-end lug nuts in the correct thread pitch (your factory thread pitch) to complete the installation
Your Factory wheel studs may extend past the surface of the wheel spacers. In this case, you will need to:
1) Shorten the factory studs
2) The wheels need to have open slots (cavities) between mounting holes.
3) Purchase a set of shorter studs and replace them with the factory studs

The product is labeled in description and in its etching as adapting to 5x120.65, aka, 5x4.75. it is not. It is incorrectly machined.This is the second set of these same adapters I've ordered from two sellers, both incorrect, both the same manufacturer. Avoid this at all cost

There are other reviews on this also, but these were the best deal so I tried my luck. Ordered 5x4.5 which is 5x114.5 for the metric folk. They sent 5x115... may not think it makes a difference but on stud piloted wheels it does. They will never be balanced. You could get away with it in the city but not the highway. This mix up left me with a useless set of spacers. However if you get the ones you need these are great quality. The black anodizing is super helpful to prevent oxidation. And if the description is accurate its the best type pf 6016 aluminum for the application.Just wish it was the right size.

I used these to put much more common small bolt pattern wheels on my big bolt pattern 60 Oldsmobile. My suggestion would be to not use the supplied red (permanent) locktite and use some lighter stuff (but properly torque them to spec)

Bolted perfectly to 5x114.3. Installed 5x120 wheels. Lug nuts that came with them are for the 5x120 threads.

Good adapters, they work well after cutting lug nuts in half to accommodate a flat mounting surface for my new rims. Lugs on my Tacoma are 1 1/4” Tall and the studs are 1”. So I had to cut 25 nuts in half to get these bad boys on my truck. It was tedious work holding them with a clamp and burning through several cutt off wheels for my 4” grinder.
