This isn't a horrible p[ole, it seems sturdy enough and the nonslip ends are nice but the other features are pretty lacking in implementation. Starting off with the "adjustable" you can leave out one section of the rod if you want something very short but if this is the only way to make it adjustable it needs another section to give a full length. The adjustable grip cushions are way too loose to be considered grip cushions. holding the cushion the pole slides freely unless you have a tighter grip than you would need on the bare pole. the same slippage applies to the differently textured next cushion so maybe that one is intentional? I can tape the pole to add friction and keep cushions in the right place but I can do that with anything that didn't cost as much and probably has a better maximum length for me.

This yoga stick is great. It took seconds to assemble. It is very stable and solid. It is also comfortable to hold and you’re able to position the foam rollers to where you need them while you’re performing your stretch or exercise. Each end has nice padding to grip onto the floor or yoga mat. It is perfect for performing different types of stretches and exercises. I wasn’t really expecting a bar this lightweight but also very sturdy.

This is a four piece staff made of hollow tube. The threads are very coarse--coarser than a garden hose. The length is adjustable by removing middle sections. The pads are cheap neoprene and slide easily on the bar. It is light, as promised. As long as you aren't putting much pressure on it, it should hold up, but I'm pretty sure I've had tall lamps with stronger poles. The biggest problem is that for about the same price or less, I can go to a hardware store and get a sturdy wooden broomstick or mop that I'd expect to be stronger than this for the same price or less--though I'd probably have to cut it down to match the length.A broomstick also wouldn't have the ability to be taken down into sections. That, and having something that doesn't look like you're re-purposing a broomstick are most of what you're buying.

This is a review of Scisum Yoga Stick 58 Inch Sturdy Alloy Steel - Adjustable, with Non-Slip Ends, Neck Cushion and Adjustable Grip Cushions This is a good, lightweight yoga stick. I really like that it is adjustable. Sometimes I want to use the 58” length; but sometimes I remove a section for a shorter exercise stick (30” or 44”). And, of course, the 15 3/4” sections make this stick easy to store or traveling with. The sections screw together easily and stay tightly together as I exercise. I have not had any trouble with them coming apart, but even so I check the sections regularly just to make sure all is well. This yoga stick, unlike many others, has several grip cushions. There is a rubbery cover on each end, and three foam cushions that can be moved around as you like. I like this yoga stick a lot.

This balancing yoga stick is fantastic! It makes workouts so much easier, especially when performing intricate stretches and standing poses. I never used to enjoy yoga, but this pole has completely changed that—it adds stability and makes the experience much more enjoyable. The pole itself is sturdy, with excellent grip on the floor, providing the support needed for better balance and confidence in each pose. Highly recommend!

I ordered this for my studio to help with my training. It is very light weight and works well with my seniors. I would not be comfortable using it with built clients as it very light weight and does not seem to have the quality to support them. I'm not totally in love, but I can see myself using it here and there.

This was super easy to assemble. It feels sturdy once put together. I like that both ends are covered in a rubbery coating that helps them stay put on the floor. The foam handles can be slid around or removed entirely. I love having the extra stability that this pole offers when I'm really pushing myself and trying new things.
