This ball works great with my home exercise program. It is just the right size. You can use the manual pump and inflate it as firm as you need. I'm very please with this purchase.

I bought this ball for exercises. It works out fine for the purpose that I purchased it for good for the price. Seems to be Good quality also. The plastic that they made the ball out of is thick enough that this ball will last quite a while. It was a good purchase.

Seems to be good quality. I use it for PT exercises and it does the job. I’ve been keeping it away from wood furniture since others say it ruined the finish, but otherwise no concerns and would recommend.
