These are very comfortable for a female fit on the saddle. The size is accurate based on the same size as my tri suit. But they sit very low at the waste.

Nought this short for my coming triathlon but the pad is so thin that after about 30min riding the painful saddle can be felt again

Got these on impulse to go with the tri top I needed. It was a good impulse. They don’t sag and dry quickly after swim, have just enough padding for bike and don’t look like diapers on the run. In addition they are super cute with the tri top of the same color. I did size up thinking I didn’t want sausage legs but could have gotten my regular medium as the bottom of the legs isn’t too tight and grippy. Pocket is nice for a gel if just using for a bike or run

I do very long rides and can’t use shorts with a lot of padding. These are perfect and have a brushed fleece chamois. The chamois is perfect for wicking moisture and preventing chafing . . . Much better than the synthetic contoured chamois on other shorts. The shorts also stay in place well. I’ve done several rides in the 60 to 100 mile range with no issues

These are comfortable shorts for biking, not too much padding and "legs" stay in place . Bought a less expensive pair of bike shorts at the same time and these shorts are so much nicer than then the less expensive ones. Get what you pay for most of the time.

I've been wearing Zoot tri shorts for years. I've always worn a Small (5'8" #140) but this time based on some reviews I ordered a Medium and they fit perfectly. I use them for running, riding my Peloton, and short rides where I don't need fully padded shorts and they are perfect. No issues running in them, no chaffing, etc. Very comfortable. Would continue to recommend and buy again.

The waste band and pockets are smaller than my other zoot shorts but still a pretty good overall fit.
