I love these boards. They are thicker than most but fleible enough to bend when you want them to. They are textured on the back so they don't slip.

Replaced my previous primary colored cutting mats. I especially like these because they have a bit of a rubbery backing that keeps them from slipping. I love the shades of pink.

I like the convince of light and movable but it scares very easy from knife cutting. Stains in the knife cuts are hard to remove.

These are great if you don’t want to your meats to be on the same cutting board as your bread or veggies. I use them daily and I love them. They’re easy to clean and easy to put away since they are so thin and take up little space.

I have found I use these a lot. A couple are good placemats but the others quickly became cutting boards for just about everything. Better than wood or plastic boards; easy to dump scraps in the bin and rinse off to quickly use again. Leave them on the counter near the coffee maker and I don’t have to wipe that area down so often. By the stove to set cooking spoons, lids and spatulas down. Just handy!
