I am a licensed mechanic and like to think I can figure everything out. Do not waste your time and buy ones that are already assembled! Unless you need certain pieces in this kit it’s just a waste of your time.

The pins don't click into the connectors. Making them useless. Buy something else.

I read some reviews where people had connection issues or getting continuity. I watched a quick YouTube video to make sure I did it correctly, as I've used many connectors, just not this type. This was for a Garnin 695lm motorcycle navigation unit. I used 18 ga wire from the plug to the bike, and the Garmin confection was about a 20/22 ga wire. In the Garmin side I doubled up the wire. Everything worked great.Recommendation, when unplugging, be sure to do so using the plug housing and not the wires. Keep in kind this is water sealed, so unplugging does take some effort.

shopped around for waterproof connectors for my kayak bed extender .i am adding trailer lights just in case on a long drive,due to kayak sticking out past tail gate.assembly was easy as long as you have the correct pliers.tested after install and light work,dont plan onsubmerging exterder.

The 3 pin waterproof plugs do not provide any directions. If you have worked with electrical stuff you will be able to figure it out. I had to do a little trial and error. The pins don't seems to stay in really well but good enough. As long as you use electrical tape on the finish product it should be good. Good value for the price. I just wish they included some instructions, or at least some hints. lol.

I've had a assembled two pin connectors and 3 pin connectors but this connector can't find nowhere to show you how to put them together not the same as other connectors did not like them didn't even use them
