I first gave 1 star but have now resolved the issue with the bike. I overlooked a part. The bike works. I like the way it looks. Like that it’s foldable.

Great bike! With my weight (138 lbs) and height (5'6'') it does the advertised 30 mph and gets up there pretty quickly. Frame seems sturdy, I have so far ridden it to work and back and it did not even touch the battery. I am mostly using it as a commuter bike to get to and from work and so far it has been great for that!

The bike arrived in very timely manner. The bike looked to be in very good condition. Assembly was quick and pretty straight forward. Very large battery, I imagine I will get plenty of range and have a lot of enjoyable rides with this bike. I will mostly be using it to commute to and from work and it seems like it will be more than enough for what I need.

I purchased the eBike for my daughter for Christmas, It arrived on time and It was very easy to assemble. I got to spend a beautiful time with my daughter getting it ready so she could try it out right away! While we were getting the eBike assembled, we did had some questions for the supplier regarding the battery and functioning and they replied super fast! They were so kind and fortunately I feel confident to reach out to them anytime I have any inquiries about the product, I've stayed in touch with them even after purchase and the attention has been amazing. My daughter loves her bike and now she can easily commute to school even through the snow on this season, I feel like the fat tires are totally worth it now! I would totally recommend this one and any other product from them, the experience has been really nice and caused no inconveniences at all!

Well made ebike. Very easy to assemble. I would highly recommend for kids or adults. My kids are going to love it for Christmas.
