Great bike, easy to put together. Wife getting used to how it turns. Trikes do not turn like a bicycle, there is a learning curve to turning one. It has good speed for her needs and it has a working headlight and brake light. Overall a good bike.

We are very pleased with our purchase. It meets our expectations of what we were looking/hoping for. It fits my wife very well. It seems to be a decent quality trike for a very reasonable price. Assembly took less time than expected. It rides and handles very well and offers more stability than a two wheeler.

Bike arrived promptly and assembly, with son’s help, was not difficult. Seat post was dented but was replaced with no hassle and no charge.Had an issue the with throttle cutting out but it was corrected by Hank in the service department with great patience. I think the problem was my son adjusting the speed control down for my safety and it wouldn’t let me go! The bike is comfortable, easy to ride, and seems very well made. I’m 86 years old and was a little afraid of trying this but I really like this bike and am anxious to explore on it.

I love it. It fits me and I feel very safe in it. I can pedal when I can and have pedal assistant when needed. It was pretty easy to assemble. Loved the reminder cards for quick review. I have the 20 inch size.

Trike seems to be well made. Tires that came with it are questionable but you can buy a new car these days and they put low grade tires on it. Probably will buy some Schwalbe Marathon 365 tires for it so that I don't have t worry about punctures since I cannot find the model of black cat tires that came with it. Assembly was a little more than desired. Get tired of buying things that are basically kits that you have to assemble but I guess that keeps the price point low. No information that I can find regarding how much rain it can take (the electronics).

Trike arrived a week ahead of schedule. It was very well packaged and other than the front wheel reflector being broken there was absolutely no damage to the contents. Reconstruction was accomplished within three hours and the included tool kit made the job much easier. Perhaps the only negative thing I would raise is the power to bike plug in being a bit awkward to align properly. Update after 6 weeks use— trike is fun to ride and handles easily. The 20” fat tires make it really easy for vertically challenged people (5’ 1”) to get on and off and the green color is pleasing. (They even include a small container of touch-up paint).
