The are quite soft and strip out very easily, but they still work if you are being careful.I would actually buy more if they were ever in stock. I ordered 1000 and 100 were delivered.

Screws have very little magnetism. Despite the description, they are not self tapping. They will need a 1/8" tapered pilot hole about 1" in length. You will need to provide a suitable container for storage and access as these are supplied in a cardboard box.Cheers
