For the price I was surprised at the weight and strength of it. I was expecting something relatively cheaply made but this is a tough jackhammer bit. I did have to cut off the top 2 inches of it for it to fit into my 45 lb. Makita jackhammer but other than that, it is a great jackhammer bit for sure.

At first, I was surprised by the weight of the spade - but that's exactly what makes it so effective. The heavy-duty construction ensures it can stand up to the toughest soil conditions. I have soil that's almost as hard as concrete, and this spade cuts through it with ease when used in conjunction with my handheld jackhammer.
