Husband uses it everyday while watching TV. He likes the different tension you can set it too. Great for working on your arms.

The items look good but missing instructions. No info on how to use, how long, how often and what does each device improve. Needs info on what muscles are being worked with the variety of types. Need info on how to change the strength of the grip exerciser. It is NOT intuitive.I actually bought a 13 piece kit which includes a finger stretcher I need info on.

It is a very great tool for hand grip training exercises.It comes with a lot of tools which I have not used all of them yet.The main one I needed is the adjustable grip strength trainer.I bought one in our local department store while back.Sometimes it does not make sense doing strength training one hand at a time, the time it takes for interchanging hands I will have a lot done at once.I'm glad it came across my feed in Amazon and the price was right with all the other tools it came with so I had to buy it.So far so good, I have been using them for over a month now and I love using them every day.Now I can train both hands at the same time.I like that it is adjustable to a desired tolerance.Great product, well made at a reasonable price.I really recommend this hand training tools.n

This kit includes not only 3 different levels of exercise equipment, but also includes two different types of hand grippers. Excellent buy for the price. I am still on the beginner level with the eggs, ring and finger strengthening devices, but love the variety.

The materials are great but there were no printed directions. Tiresome to bring up the directions on the site every time you try something new.
