The frame came in a nice and secure box with coverings protecting the corners of the frame, with no defects or damages. It has two hanging hardware pieces on the backing for hanging vertically or horizontally with the backing itself fitting under the frame a little for a more secure fit. One frame corner is slightly askew and doesn't create a clean corner but only noticeable if you're actively inspecting it. Overall, it's a very nice frame.

One of the frames had a matt to frame the certificate and the other did not. It was a 2 pack. Otherwise the quality is perfect for the price.

This frame is solid, well-made, and modern in look. I was not expecting the product's feel and general quality, given the reasonable/low price tag. Additionally, the packaging was meticulously done in a secured manner that left little to no room for any damage potentially sustained in transit. I'm generally picky when it comes to frames, and I like to get an in-person feel for them. When ordering frames, I worry that they won't be quality because I've had many frames split at the corners, and not hold up over the years. Upon opening the packaging, I was instantly put at ease, and once used I was sold on not just the quality, but also the look. As a result, I just ordered another one. If this is any marker for the quality of all their products they've earned my brand loyalty and long-term business.

This frame is fantastic, and for the amazing low price, it's a total steal. No other frames in this price category use glass, and this frame uses glass that's better than most basic frames. It feels solid and well-made, came in very secure packaging that shows care was taken, and uses thick high-quality glass. It was easy to set up, and looks great in the finished product. These are a great value, and I've used many frames over the years. I would highly recommend, and commend the seller for providing a great product at a remarkably fair price.

Obviously cheap from one foot away but looks very good on the wall from further. It is a veneer. Corners held up decently during shipping.

I was worried because this frame had zero reviews and I’ve had poor luck with frames from amazon in the past. I ordered this for a last minute for a gift - I made a piece of art with my babies footprints for my husband. It was 8.5 x 11”, letter sized, but on card stock. So I was limited to the frames I could order given my specific needs: letter sized, high-quality and not cheap looking (hard with the white color), all white, with white matting, could be hung or stood on a table, AND, I had to have it the next day shipping - free next day with prime.This is one of the few that came up in my search options, and I expected to be disappointed. Plus, many other products that did have reviews stated their “white” matting was actually off-white. In a hail-Mary, I ordered this.This frame arrived in perfect condition, was impeccably (really-impressively) packaged, was exactly as described, and came next day as promised.I’ve had bad luck with damage picture frames, and cases where the frames and matting were not as described/shown in pictures. This one was spot on. I’m glad I was pleasantly surprised and am very happy with this purchase.
