I mounted this light on my shop on the outside for an added yard light. The sensor is nice to keep the light in the active position and let the sensor turn the light on and off when needed making it more efficient while being convenient. The body of the light is hefty, it almost feels like cast metal and has a heavy moisture seal to prevent water from entering the unit.I like that has multiple wiring options. You can either bring the power in from the back (wall mount), top, or the open side (opposite of the hinge). I already had an old wiring hole drilled in my shop wall that was up at the peak where the light wouldn't fit so I used the top hole to run the power in through the top. To keep it watertight running the power this way, it comes with a compression nut to make a tight seal around the wiring. To mount it, I simply ran 3 anchor screws through the back of the light with some washers. The wall I put it on has solid plywood behind the tin siding.

This Is a bright 120 watt 16800 lumens LED outdoor wall pack light. The color is 6000-6500K. It is well-made and sturdy. The light comes with the mounting hardware and instructions. The light is automatic dusk to dawn, and this feature can be disabled if desired. We are installing this tight at our ranch. Overall, this is a bright, well-made, and durable outside light. I recommend it.

Just as the headline says, this light is shockingly bright. The overall build quality is fantastic. Tools to disassemble the light, hardware and wire nuts are included in the package, all you need is a Phillips screw driver or drill with attachment to drive the screws into whatever you're mounting it to. The daylight sensor is super handy if you don't want to wire it into a switch, but it included a block out cap to cover the sensor if you want it on all the time or controlled via switch.I did receive this item for free for review, however given its quality and cheap price I'm going to be buying a few more for my property

I mounted this light above my garage door. The light was easy to install and is built well. It worked perfectly and is almost too bright! It a good quality led light for the money.

The first thing I noticed was how heavy this item feels. The case is made from a sizable piece of cast aluminum. The inside components and wiring look hardy, and the plastic lens and the aluminum case are each sealed with a sound perimeter of gasketing. The light is incredibly bright, and evenly distributed. It lights up my yard to around 100 feet, and at a lateral angle approaching the spec of 120 degrees. The finish is a nicely textured dull brown. The sensor tends to turn the light on and off somewhat randomly when the ambient brightness is near the sensor cutoff point. I don't think this is a problem in most applications, because it's hard to notice the cycling until it gets darker outside, at which point the light stays on solid.I was a little concerned that the entire casing heats up to be painful if touched for more than a few seconds. I measured the case temperature after running the lamp an hour, and it was 140 degrees F at an ambient temperature of 75 degrees. That is still lower than the NEC Code 410 limit of 194 degrees F, even if the ambient temperature gets to the specified product maximum of 113 degrees. There are no heat dissipating fins on the outside of the enclosure, so the entire 120 Watts must shed off the flat surface area.Warning: The hot, neutral and ground wires all came tinned with solder. In most electrical applications, you should cut back to the bare wire. This is because wire nuts and screw terminals use compression to ensure good electrical conduction. Compressing a soldered connection will gradually "cold flow" the solder out of the connection over time. This results in a cold solder joint, and a weakened physical connection. The result could be overheating, even to the point of a fire. I would only leave the wires tinned if you're going to solder them to other wires.

Had a sodium lamp at the top of the front of our barn (3rd pic), for years, and this is so much better. The big problem with sodium lamps is that they take a bit to warm up. And, you can't really turn them off and back on, without them needing an extended "refractory period."This LED lamp gives off a sharper, bluer, white light. It is at least just as bright. And, most importantly, it comes on instantly, regardless of how often you turn it on and off.It might be too bright for some, but it is great for us.I also can't attest to how hot it gets, as I haven't climbed a ladder to feel it, after it's been on for a bit. But, if that is a concern for you, then be sure to test it out, before the return window closes. I will update here if it sets the barn on fire, or if it stops working as well as it is currently; otherwise, assume this is doing great for us.
