Good looking bullet lugs. These are made very well and look great. The paint had some metallic flakes in it and glossy. They fit the intended lug threads perfectly. They function for money. These can also be repainted to match other colors. This is a full kit and is definitely a good price.

I am helping my friend turn his car into a Transformer. I know that is insane. He is 63 years old. I will be chronicling the process in some of my reviews. Check back occasionally, and see how the process is coming along!I'm not actually sure if any of the robot cars in the movie had spikes for lug nuts, but he thought they were cool, so how could I say no? There's a few "upgrades" to the vehicle (2002 Jeep Liberty) that don't make sense, but I am not going to argue.. I am clearly not an expert on any of this, so I'm just along for the ride.These stick out fairly far, and I'm sure he has tried them out on some unsuspecting (hopefully) inanimate objects. They are still on the wheels, so that is a testament to their sturdiness. I mean, this is the same guy who somehow had the box part of his cargo trailer fall off of the frame part. If something can get broken, it's sure to happen. If an item is actually still intact, he will come up with a genius mod for it, usually rendering it useless.If you are in the market for spike lug nuts for you 2002 Jeep Liberty (or other vehicle), these are probably top of the line, since they are still actually on the car.Photo 1: You can see the car, pre-transformer, and it doesn't look very menacing. What looks like a goofy hat is actually a wheel strapped to the roof.Photo 2: The car is now ready to fight enemy robots.

The first set that came in were missing some and damaged. They sent another package that came in great shape. I wanted the lighter color gold and got the darker one the second time. But other than that, they are sharp I love them, can't wait to see it on our tahoe!

I originally picked these up for my retro T-bird as the OE center caps decided to leave the chat over time and I don't think I want to pay hundreds of dollars for replacements that will eventually do the same thing. Instead, I had smaller caps machined to cover the CV-like nuts in the rear, and the hub center in the fronts, leaving the lug nuts visible. What I had forgotten was my car uses what's called a "Mag-lug" nut, which has a flat shoulder with built in washer that slip into the wheels, not "acorn" taper like most wheels do (Doh!). I always wondered why these lug nut makers aren't offering these spikes with the mag-lug ends, I'd grab a set in a heartbeat. In any event, I'll likely be changing wheels eventually to something aftermarket and use these acorn taper nuts on those. Til then they'll have to wait a while. I used a similar set on my 16 Ram with no problems. For the anodized ones like this, my advice is hand tighten the nuts, don't use impacts otherwise you'll ruin the finish over time.

I thought these fit my 2006 nissan pathfinder but after putting them on two wheels I figured out they do not! I stripped my studs and I couldn't fit the original lugnuts back on!! Make sure they are the right size before you buy! Now I have to replace everything which is a costly misfortune.
