I ordered these hoses to use in an area of a vegetable garden where I did not want soaker hoses. Having tried them out over several weeks, they have worked out very well for this purpose. They are long enough to cover the areas that I needed them to, and when run individually, provide enough spray distance to cover a decent size area. One tip: I found that it was important when first setting the hoses up to stretch the entire hose out straight, and run water through it in order to get it to stay straightened in the area for staking. Once set up, they have worked beautifully.There are a few issues that I think should be considered when choosing/using this product. Our property uses a well, and the water pressure, while good, was not enough to run three of these hoses when connected together and placed up hill (note that the advertisement does make mention of water pressure). Second, the streams of water continue from one end of the hose to the other. I found that I needed a short length of hose to run from the spigot to where I wanted the watering to start. Lastly, as another person mentioned in their review, these do not bend at a sharper angle without turning them on their side. This worked out fine for my purposes, although the ends where they turn do get more direct watering.When testing these hoses out, I stretched one out on my lawn to see how it would work. I found that I really liked it in that area, and will add some there as well. They’re lightweight, easy to move about, and cover a larger area than a single movable sprinkler.Overall, I am very happy with this product and would recommend it. It is advertised as being durable and UV resistant, but time will tell. The price is competitive with others on the market, and the design, plus the extras provided, seem to make it a good deal.

I am really happy that I got these sprinkler hoses. Here are thePros:1. In my desert heat for 6 months of the year with sometimes 0% humidity (I didn’t even know that was possible before!), I have had to spray down the garden for an hour every single morning! Now, I can just set a timer and let it do its thing!!! That alone gives it 5 stars for me!🤩2. The amount of water can be adjusted up or down. You can have it simply drip on the ground if you place the hose upside down so that the holes are on the bottom. Or you can have it be short fountains of water, or be a full on spray everywhere!3. Because they spray water everywhere, if you’re looking for something to bring humidity into your garden like me, this works beautifully.4. In dry areas such as mine, spider mites and other insects reproduce very fast in dry heat. This kind of sprinkler system can make a HUGE difference in your growing success because the humidity keeps plants healthier, happier, and pest free!🏆🤩🎉5. They are pretty light to move because they are 3 separate 50 foot hoses made of plastic.6. The green color makes your garden look more lush especially when you live in a dry area, and it blends in with your plants if you live in a wetter area.Cons:1. The hoses are flat so they aren’t really built to go around bends. However, they can be laid on their sides so the spray goes a little wild but then it will go around corners.2. In desert heat like mine in summer, I’m not sure how long these hoses will hold up. They can be buried in mulch when not in use to spare them some damage long term. However, in order to get the spray, they must be above ground.3. For those that are using this for a garden, since it sprays water down the entire hose, it gives water to weeds too so that you will have to weed more which is not fun.4. If you live in an area with high humidity, it is important to only use sprinkler type watering devices like this in the morning. If used in the afternoon, you will have to use fungicides more often because the plants will not dry out quickly enough.5. They are not what we consider “Waterwise.” It costs much more cash to run sprinklers as compared to drip systems. Research shows that they just use a lot more water.For these hoses, I believe that the price of 80. is good especially with the 20% off coupon that is being offered as I write this review.However, your environment determines whether this product is in fact the best option for You and your plants.🌟

These soaker hoses are great for reducing the amount of time standing over my plants watering. I got the 3 50ft each hoses. They are very easy to install and come with the stakes to hold them down. could have used an extra stake or 2 each, but good enough to get the job done. When first turning it on, I let it run for a bit to see exactly where the water was coming from and what was getting wet. They shoot water up pretty high (over 6ft) allowing for a larger area of coverage. My only complaint would be the inconsistency of the holes and water direction. some shoot water straight up and some off at an angle. So some areas of the hose had more coverage than other areas. I ended up having to drill 1 or 2 wholes in each of the hoses to get some of the angles, but didn't need much work. Overall a good soaker hose and has plenty of length.
