I love the look and since it is my first electric bike I am happy with speed. However the passenger seat is impossible to install. The holes on the seat metal plate are totally not align with the holes on the bike. It is impossible to realign them enough to even forced them in. The same applies to the basket in front. I ended up to attached it with 3 screws just to loose them during my first ride. There were two man trying to find the solution and just gave up. While I was working on these areas the paint started to come off of the bike so I don’t think it will look that good for a long time. Overall I have a lot of fun with riding it but I took basket out to permanently as it can’t be attached safely and I needed to reattach seats with ropes to hold into the bike in order to be certain that my kid will not fly away with it while I drive since it is hold only by two screws and elevated on the front from two other screws sitting on the plate instead of being in. Light doesn’t work so far and it has only one screw so due bike vibration very often loosing up during a drive and hang sadly.Battery doesn’t seem to hold very long I did two trips ( probably 12 miles all together and it was totally discharged). Overall I think it has a lot of room to improvement.

I would give 5 stars but the button on my battery is pushed in and will not let me press it to see if my battery is charged or not. I wrote the seller about this, waiting to hear back. Hopefully the will replace that for me. Other wise, I love the bike and I am able to take my son on rides with me. The assembly was not bad, took about a half hour or so, not horrible. I love that it has the front and back lights so the function of the bike is great.The power of the bike seems great, I noticed its a little slow going up hills but its fine.

I like the bike but the battery dies in less than 10 miles. Assembly was easy and instructions were clear. I wish I could find a better battery

Smooth, safe ride. Pretty fast with lots of features. When there is an issue or a question, customer service responds quickly and politely. It handles the steep hills of San Francisco quite well.

Very nice and comfortable bike. Well worth the money spent. So fun to toodle around and ride. Top speed I gotIt to was 32 mph.

Assembly, easy! Very comfortable ride and the power is exceptional. They pedal easy and shifting is a breeze.
