It was pretty easy to put together but had a hard time getting the bolts started. The shipping was great,and I expect to get a pleasant riding experience. I look forward to it.

we purchased 2 of these bikes. One was great with no problems and we've been using it for a month now and it works great. The other one came with bent forks... so we soon discovered the painful process of their poor customer service is sending an email and waiting 48 hrs for a response... and then sending more pics with more information and waiting another 2 days.. and eventually after a few weeks we received new forks and I had to manage to figure out how to remove the old forks and put on new ones... eventually I managed with the help of Youtube video's to do this... but then we discovered there was a wire that had been spliced or cut so the light would not work. So back to their customer service a few more times before we had enough waiting on all this so we packed up the bike ( fortunately we saved the big box) and took it back to a return centre that was in town and within about 2 weeks we did get re funded fully.... So we purchased another brand and have had no issues. The moral of our story is that these Amazon E bikes are dramatically less costly than the local bike store ones, but you are the one that has to deal with issues if they come up. If you don't mind the hassles like we dealt with , it can save you a lot of $.s

I bought two of these bikes for my husband and me. We are first time e-bikers. The bikes are great and we have really enjoyed them. They work great for us and we both would highly recommend them. Do not hesitate. Product and price = win win!!!
