My wife and I purchased two of these bikes and took them and our motor home to Palm Springs in December and had a ball! We love the bikes, they are sturdy, fast, the batteries last a very long time and charge faster than most I believe. But the bikes are not perfect… what I mean is that the left pedals for some reason locked up. I’m pretty strong and kept on pedaling and I stripped out the left crank. My wife’s bike the pedal was a little stiff so I lubed it and its fine. So I emailed the company. Now they are clear across the world and usually that is a long drawn out process. Nope they responded within a day. They asked for a video and proof of purchase which I sent them. Again they responded right away and sent me the pedals and crank for my bike and they sent me the pedal for the wife’s bike. They take pride in their product and they do what they say they’re going to do. Refreshing!!!! My wife and I grateful. And as I stated before these bikes are a blast. The controls are easy and safe to use and the bike has the power to keep you safe in the event you need to start off going uphill, you can start off in a higher gear when you need to keep up with traffic. If a big dog chases you he can’t keep up! This is the first review I’ve ever done after many years purchasing on prime. If you are thinking about e-bikes we highly recommend you check these guys out.

I usually don’t give reviews but I spent a lot of money on it so I figured I should. This e-bike is a monster so much fun, I had the bike goin 40 mph on a test ride, too cold outside to give it a real test but I’m sure it will be fine, the brakes are ok but definitely can be better goin that fast maybe they will get a little better when they break in! Setting up the bike was a breeze it took me about a hr and the bike came in a timely manner overall the bike is a 5star definitely recommend it. Oh and lastly sparky cycles the people that sold me the bike are very good in customer service with any questions good luck with your e-bike hopefully this will help you out!

PHNHOLUN SEEKER 24 Ebike5000/ 3000 watt,52 volts. Dual motors , 2 wheel drive. You can use just one motor if you prefer . The dual motors are excellent for hill climbing. For the snow, sand, wood trails,dirt road's, gravel. Dual shocks, suspension is excellent and they can be adjusted super easy. This ebike is strong, fast, reliable. Very comfortable, it is the best ebike I have been around. Battery is great .I love the display on showing the volts batteies strength... I weight 170 pds and it just moves right along, love it. It's quite and it looks osom. Beefy tires.When I took it to one of our local skate parks everyone loves it. And I let 3 people ride it and love the look on there faces. Love luggage rack for our tackle box.They couldn't believe how strong it is. It's set on factory settings 32 MPH

This is my 7th EBike/Scooter in the past month, and this was my best buying experience ~ I ordered on a Thursday, received 5 days later on Tuesday! Shipped from CA to me in WI. It took me 2 hours to cut the box open, remove all the packaging & zip ties, and assemble the bike. I charged the battery the entire time I assembled the bike. Upon completion, the battery was 80% charged. It comes with a tire pump (standard), a bike lock (decent), a handlebar mount phone case (super cheap & bulky- yuck!), and a solid, Heavy-duty rear rack (awesome). This bike is outstanding and amazing! Super-Fast too! Out of the box it does 31~32 MPH, if you go into the settings, and remove the speed limitations, you'll go 38~40 MPH (which feels way too fast to be going) - like most eBikes, the battery drains quickly if you go full throttle running dual motors ( only 20-25 miles) however if you pedal (some) and use just a single motor, you'll easily get 80 miles before needing a recharge! The tires are fat and knobby and easily go thru gravel, grass, and dirt (ATV-type) trails! It's really a fun bike to ride, sharp looking, and stylish. You will get a lot of compliments and heads will definitely turn. The headlight is super bright - almost like a cars high beam headlight! One thing this bike does not have ~ is turn signals. You get extra zip ties to better secure those wires. Overall, this is a great bike - make sure if you get one, that us has dual motors. You wouldn't want a 2-Wheel Drive Pick-up Truck, so you don't want to spend all that money on an eBike for just a single motor! You get this one, you'll absolutely love it. It's built really tough, like it will last a long time!

I'm a 280 pound 66 year old guy and I was looking for an E Bike powerful enough to haul my fat ass around, I was looking at the Wired Freedom or the E Cells 5 star than saw this 3000 watts duel motors on Amazon then prime day came around and I couldn't resist so I bought 2 one for myself and one for my girlfriend, I was very skeptical being that it's a cheap Chinese E Bike, I was very surprised when I took them out of the box, frames are very nice and appear strong, welds look great, they were easy to assemble, I am amazed at the power it has, it has way more power than I expected and I have climbed some very long and steep dirt trails with it, the suspension works but doesn't use the best suspension components probably to help keep the price down so I upgraded the rear shock to a DNM air shock and changed the forks to a duel crown 34 mm air fork and wow, what a difference, the suspension works awesome now, there is about a 10 second lag when engaging front hub motor and a soft start when you first take off but not bad, it doesn't want to climb out from under you when you first nail the throttle (which could be fun) but makes it easy to ride, I now have almost 500 miles on both of them and have had zero issues, I always check all nuts and bolts before I go for a long ride but I do that on my motorcycles and off road vehicles too and have not had any issues, this thing still amazes me on the power it has especially pulling my fat ass and battery life is good if you just use rear hub I can get 30-35 miles with minimal pedaling mostly just throttle
