It is very easy to assemble and it is an Excellent bike. I love how easy to ride it and the weight isn’t heavy to load in the trunk of my car. So far it is enjoyable to ride

Okay everything isn't always perfect, as in the directions for assembly were a little unclear and could have used a few better pictures, but I was able to get it assembled properly using common sense. Once assembled, battery charged, this bike delivers as promised. I've nicknamed it "zippy" because guess what, it's zippy! Caveat, this is my first and only ebike, so I really have nothing to compare, however, a few friends have been on it and all agree with me. I also bought a golf bag bracket from a company call Divnick Golf. This bike allows me to zip around the golf course faster than with a golf cart. This bike folds and I can store it in the back of my mid-sized SUV. This bike is extremely sturdy and somewhat heavy. Overall it is very easy to use. Very happy with my HeyBike Ranger!

It’s exactly what you see. Heavy duty and high quality. Fun and comfortable to ride.Only criticism is the brakes, it would be nice if they were a little stronger.But still 5 star review.

I love this bike, a little torquy but with practice its easy to get use to . Great little bike, sturdy and feels safe to ride. Love the step through. Love the horn.Fun to get around town with.

I found the bike easy to assemble. The top end speed is 20mph, and this is plenty fast enough for us. My wife and I both have one. We ride around where we live locally often, and truck the bikes to another close city where we also like to ride in town, in parks, and around the lakes. The suspension makes for a comfortable ride. The Power assist works fine with the default settings. Once you get used to letting off the throttle slowly as you pedal to take over with pedaling, this makes for a smooth transition between full power assist and assist with pedaling. I like it has all the lights and blinkers, and a little horn, which make it safer when in traffic with cars. We ride about 25 miles typically, and battery has never gone under 50%. We have some mild hills in our rides, with a few high grades. The gears transition smoothly, and this helps in the grades.

The bike is really good looking and easy to learn all the functions. It feels safe, sturdy, and it has the perfect amount of power. I mostly ride it on assist level 1 or 2. On hills, I’ve used level 3, which feels like great power. The weaknesses with this bike are around communication and errors in the manual about how to assemble the bike. The main thing I would like to see Heybike improve is to have a help phone line. Trying to solve problems by email has been complicated and sometimes frustrating. I forget all that when I’m out on the bike, though. It’s a wonderful bik.

This is our first Ebikes and we are very impressed in the quality, power and longevity of the battery. The bike feels very solid and safe while going fast speeds. The brakes were a bit squeaky but perform very well. I did follow the heybike video on how to reduce some of the squeak and calibrate them. Our first ride we went almost 12 miles and I mostly used throttle only and the battery was still on all bars. I think for sure you could go over 30 miles on throttle only per charge. Also I was able to get bike on flat up to 29mph with pedal assist on 100% battery and gear 7. The suspension is perfect was able to bump up curbs and down with ease. No being used to bikes we did order different seats that are more comfortable. I spent a full day researching these bikes and at one point had 21 different bikes in my cart. These Rangers where selected because of the range, design, foldability, cost, and the reviews overall. Will highly recommend Heybike as a quality brand. A+++!!

The HeyBike ranger is a powerful e bike. Yet it’s price is very reasonable, it’s very sturdy, it has the power to go and you can choose to exercise when turn off the papal assist.

Arrived very quickly. Assembly was a bit tricky but found some videos online that were great visuals. Bike seems to be built well. Really enjoying riding it. I’m 5’8” and it’s the perfect size. Haven’t gotten it up to top speed yet as I’m enjoying it at 13mph max. Does great on pavement and dirt trails. Goes up hills just fine as well. Did have the headlamp break at the plastic post but customer service was quick at replying to my email and is taking care of it. The motor is perfect for my needs. Battery lasts for awhile. Granted I’m not putting on 20 miles a day but after 2 weeks of riding I finally charged it. Charged in a few hours. I did get the back basket, haven’t really used it yet but looks like it will hold a good size backpack or like my husband said a case of beer. Really happy with my purchase and looking forward to enjoying my e-bike.
