Overall. It is a moderately well built bicycle, with a small brushless engine integrated into the system. While it will placate my son's desire to own an e-bike. It is not worth the $500+ price tag. In all honesty it is no different than a normal mountain bike, you just can pedal a little less. Also I the product description states that there is supposed to be LED headlight and taillight for added safety in mind. Reflectors don't light up. They don't contain any LED. No idea why the misleading advertising. I guess looking at the larger picture it was a mostly good purchase. But if I were to ever purchase another e-bike in the future then I would make sure to contact the seller and get the actual details of the item.

Bought this model for my wife as a cruiser. She loves the step through design. The rack came damaged but Totem was very fast to replace it for us. All in all, it’s a great bike for about half what most e-bikes cost!

The item came without instructions. It came with tools and a pamphlet referencing the motor, but no assembly instructions. Fortunately, we know bikes, so assembly was quick & easy. The only thing missing was one screw for the reflector. The bike itself rides beautifully. Also, you have to Google the instructions for the digital display device. Each button has a multipurpose use, and again, no instructions.

This bike's 350-Watt motor will easily pull me up hill on the lower assist levels. It will even pull you through sand washes. I can't believe the tires still have air after the rocks I've ridden over. I set the bike up myself. After a little adjusting of the Rear and Front Derailleurs the shifting is spot on. The Hydraulic bikes are firm and haven't shown any signs of fading. This Bike is a great value for the price. The seller is very helpful.

I've had the bike now for over a month and put almost 70 miles on it across all terrains, and I couldn't be happier with it. As a Class 1, meaning it's pedal assist, it definitely makes long trips, big hills and off reading much easier. The "ghost pedaling" takes a little getting used to, but it's an interesting byproduct of a cadence-sensor ebike vs. a torque-sensor ebike. I prefer the cadence sensor.For the money, it's worth every penny.

No missing pieces. the screws I thought were missing were actually just already screwed into their designated places so I just had to unscrew and rescrew them with the pieces in place. pretty simple once you figure it out. a blast to ride and definitely worth the money

Easy to build and super fun to ride. Needed to buy a new seat as the provided one was a bit too stiff but that's my only complain
