Pros: Goes 20mph, has a range of around 30 miles, it's fun to ride, the seller provides good customer service (they were very good in reaching out to me to confirm my shipping address and then they agreed to send me a replacement screw that was missing from my bike). It took about 2 hours to assemble by myself while watching their instruction video on YouTube. The motor is quiet. Charges quickly in just a few hours (at around 200 watts continously). The bike comes ready with some standard connection points to attach baskets or other accessories.Cons: 80lbs is heavy, the bike is difficult to maneuver when folding it, the bike makes an annoying clicking noise whenever I'm not actively pedaling it. The ride is very bumpy on uneven roads, and the seat is very hard and uncomfortable.Overall, I'm really pleased with the bike. I'm a disabled person, and I find the bike really helps me get places I wouldn't otherwise be able to visit. I find that the lower pedal assist settings go a bit fast for my liking, but I'm pretty sure that's configurable in the settings. I think the bike performs best on paved roads or wide and flat dirt roads. I took mine out on a narrow winding gravel trail and it was very stressful and difficult to navigate on the bike. I was going to buy an identical bike from another company, but I'm glad I went with this one instead. This seller was able to ship me the bike very quickly and they have excellent customer service and responded super fast to my inquiry regarding a missing a part. The biggest con against this bike is the weight, and I find that that's only an issue if you want to fold it up and store it often. If you are simply locking up your bike with a chain or parking it somewhere safe like a garage, you probably won't mind the weight.

I got the bike in May 11, 24 and since then I have ridden the bike for 150+ miles and still impressive for the price. Installation was not easy for me and the included tools are not that great quality. The max speed I could go was 22mph on throttle only. The bike is too heavy to paddle around. The speed ranges from max 18 to 22 depending upon the state of charge. The build quality is impressive but the handle bar is not good. It rotates from the crown on its own. Almost had an accident when the handle bar rotated automatically when braking in high speed. Battery life is below expectation for me. The max i could get was around 20-22 miles with mild peddlig and throttle.

EDIT: this bike is dangerous and should probably be recalled. The motor will on random occasion (usually in the cold), choose to not gear up as quickly as it normally does. Instead of going from 0 to 20 in a short burst it will go from 0 to 5 and stick there, maybe go up to 12 and then finally it will shift gears internally and go to 20. Aside from giving me doubts about the longevity of this motor, this is dangerous when making decisions in traffic. You can come to a stop sign, assume you have ample time, and then it just doesn’t go! To give a clearer picture, it goes much slower than a normal pedal only bike would when it does this, so you can’t just hoof it to make up for it. That could make the difference between getting in an accident or not. Be careful if you own this bike.Original review:Other reviews mention this, you will not get anywhere near the 34 mile range on a single charge (probably closer to 16 miles with some hills, though I haven’t done any extensive testing) The charging indicator is also unreliable, I will ride into a place with 1 bar left, spend a few hours there, come out and then there is suddenly 3 bars on the charge.I would probably rate this Bike 3.5 stars out of 5 it is really good considering the money, and if you work in range of the battery life and have a place you can easily charge without disassembling it is a good bike. But the reason for 1 star is the manufacturer felt the need to lie about the advertised mileage, which was a factor in my purchase decision. Also sometimes the automatic gear shifting is finicky which worries me about its longevity. In my town at least, this bike does not fit on bus racks because of the tire width which is a bummer when you consider the limited mileage. If I were to buy again, I would go for a more reputable brand with trustworthy mileage. The extra miles would be worth it for the added freedom because this bike is a dead weight once the battery dies!

The bike is fine, looks fine. It definitely has enough power. The chain did fall off when I went into first gear going up a hill, but the bike just kept rolling on up the hill without the chai
