Great set up with the dual fans and the bigger heat sink. Only thing is the blades on the fans are weak and if you plan on jumping and hard bashing your RC cars, the blades will break. Both fans happened to break on me on my second run and caused the motor to overheat. I should have checked temperatures but that was my fault. If you look to get this setup, I suggest upgrading the fans to a more quality setup. Other than that it wasn't too bad.

So this will not fit in the xmaxx very well with out a bunch of modifications. Like youll have to gring off all the side fins as it will not fit inbetween the side brace. And for the max6 1100kv motor you will have to shave off under the one fan for it to not rub and mess up motor wires. And besides it being extremely loud. It definitely moves some air. And i did find you can shave off the lower fins. And the fan mount will fit snugly between the brace above the motor and you can use a ziptie to hood in place does work out ok. It doe la move enough air to help keep motor cooler then not having ove at all.Has nothinh to do with this product but I since have went from the max6 to the max5G2 and 1100kv motor which is about the size of a pop can. Its huge fast and heavy. Id say Stay with the max6 unless you plan on upgrading several other parts. Broke the ring gear center diff pinion blew tires off the rims forcing ke to get bead lock tires. Motor pinion chewed up and adds a significant amount of weight.
