Bad sending unit. Just like others have said, sender is DOA. Check it with a multi-meter before you put fuel in the tank.It’s not grounding to the mounting flange.Also the mounting holes are not machined for the fuel sender… the machine screws are basically just hanging there.

The fuel gauge sender was not assembled right and it is the poorest built also the tank output port does not have a fuel sock so if your going to use this tank be sure to take care of it. The tank is light gauge and needs good support. The welds all look very good so for the lower price you get what you pay for.Alan retired Auto and Semi truck Mechanic.

Overall this was a nice tank, I relocated the filler to the opposite side and used the oem gauge sender. Also I welded angles on bottom corners to mount it to the bed floor. But it is 100% not 64 liter Tank. I filled it to the top with 42 liters. Thats 11 US gallons not 17 gallons as advertised. Very disappointed. I installed this in a clients 63 ford truck and now have to correct the situation at my cost.

Definitely not 64 liters. Is black and aluminum but that's it. Will work for my application but is smaller than listed. Better not leak.

The fill neck flange and sender flange leak. Tried to snug up the screws but are already stripped.
