Sheets of double-layer bubble layers with a reflective aluminum coating and self adhesive dots for insulation of your garage door or whatever else you might need. These are pre-cut sheets for convenience so cost a little more than buying a roll and cutting them yourself. This makes it easy to put up. We are also going to use some inside our RV cabinets and closets to insulate them from the heat when traveling.

Cold or hot is just that, either cold or hot, these panels will do some insulation but not eliminate the swing of temps. My garage door is south facing so it get hot from all day sun. I had gotten these to help mitigate that heat in a closed garage. I know the garage will still get hot, but these will shorten the length of it being hot.You are paying for the convenience of these being cut into sheets and a sticky pad to adhere to the garage door. A roll that you cut yourself will do just as good for the described purpose.
