These are excellent and made with the same quality as the brand name tenderizer that was super popular a few years back. I love the convenience these provide in meal prep. They are easy to clean and include a nice blade cover for storage which I appreciate so nothing gets into the blades when they are stored. The blades are super sharp and do a great job!

The 48 stainless steel razor blades will pierce through the meat, allowing juices and marinades to flow throughout the meat. You get two identical tenderizers with covers allowing you to work with two different meats without cleaning or cross contamination. The sharp tips are protected by a spring loaded plastic plate that pushes up against the handle when tenderizing.Bottom Line: 5 StarsIt works as described and can be easily hand cleaned or run through the dishwasher. The results on a sirloin in comparison to an untouched ribeye was unbelievable from a taste perspective. They were unbelievably close in flavor though a 1/2" difference in thickness existed between them. They were cooked medium rare. You NEED this in your kitchen tool arsenal! Flank steak and London broil will be moist and very flavorful with this kitchen tool and some marinading.

This thing is no good used it on t bone stake and pork chop wouldn't go into the meat, very very hard and did not workWould not recommend
