They get one star because they are NOT faux leather. The material is smooth cloth and it’s horrible if you have pets. Also don’t try to vacuum it. I found out the hard way that the fabric is easy to tear up if you use a vacuum.I would return them if I could… but I’m stuck with them. We have dogs and have to keep them covered.They are firm, but not uncomfortable. Easy to put together. The color is an exact match to the picture. The size is perfect.Overall I’d return them if possible.

I Love This Couch & Love Seat set. Firm but comfortable! Color was even better then pictured. The material is nice. These came in 5 boxes! So we had to build them, however was not hard at all. My Hubby and Son put both together in an hour and that included time it took to remove the old furniture. Very simple directions to follow. I have to admit at first i was a bit nervous ordering online without seeing in person, but im glad that I did! Very happy with my purchase!! My friends that have seen it so far love it as well.
