A little slippery to hold onto because the checkering on them isn't very sharp, but nevertheless, once you figure out how to best actuate the plunger they do a great job of giving a small appendage to manipulate delicate or tiny objects without dropping them. The balls on the ends of the plungers were a little loose when fresh out of the box, but after tightening them there's been no signs of them loosening.

I have fairly long nails, and switching out my threadless earrings on my own took an hour each side. 😭 And don't even get me STARTED on trying to grip the tiny front stud AND get it in the hole to connect the back post. With these little claws, I'm able to grip the front stud and guide it into the post a lot easier and faster!10/10- these cut my changing time down to 10 minutes total. 🙂
