Some of the Schrader valves in this set have threads extending too deep into the body. As a result the pin to open the Schrader valve sits too low for many air filling chucks to activate. So the Schrader will not open. This appears to be a Quality Control issue at the factory. The Schrader valves are OK, the pin is just set to deep to operate.The only fix I could come up with is to grind off 2 to 3 threads on the top of the valve stem. This allows the Schrader valve release pin to sit at the correct height to be activated by the filling chuck. Grinding off a few threads leaves plenty of threads for the cap so it is a fast and low impact fix.
