Got this when the original one broke on my washer. I read a few reviews that made me question how long it would last but I am pleasantly surprised. The washer is run almost constantly so I was expecting it to need to be replaced within 3 months but it has jot been the case.the washer is still working great after the replacement. At this point I got my money's worth and if it breaks tomorrow I will be buying from them again.

Part was perfect match for the washer. 3 screws and the drain hose and back to washing. Easy fix..

I had to replace this piece with the piece off of the original because the original had a rubber flap on the end of the pipe so water could not flow backwards. There was no notch in the replacement piece to attach the flap to. Other than that simple fix, the product worked great and was an exact fit and a great price. Very pleased

You quite possibly have one pinky and one thumb left on opposing hands yet still install this pump

The good: it works! It does pump water.The bad: The white plastic section that you screw 5 screws into is not good, strong plastic and it will strip very very easily. Luckily you can adjust the angle 3 times hopefully you can seal it up well.But the big issue was that the pump unit leaks! I had to take the pump off multiple times (hence how the screws stripped) due to it leaking. The o-ring is much smaller than it should be. I ended up replacing both the o-ring and the rubber gasket from this product with my original pump's and that fixed the leak.

I was hoping it would be a little quieter being new but that did not happen. Works as expected, but was delivered a day earlier than expected which was nice. We've ran a few dozen loads of laundry since I installed it without issues.
