Much less expensive than factory original. Appears identical (down to markings) of factory part. Seems to work. Motherboard recognizes and commands the part when run through diagnostics. Time will tell regarding durability.

Hot water was just dripping into the washer tub. Replaced the washer water inlet valve and now the hot water fills the washer quickly

This item was to replace the same which was damaged in shipping. Not only did this take longer to be delivered, it was also damaged and clearly previously used. Terrible.

The Washer Inlet Valve assembly was shipped in a plastic bag with no protection. Three of the six connector tabs were bent and had to be straightened. Otherwise there is no apparent damage, so the unit may work fine after installed.

Needed to repair the washing machine that was leaking from the top. Bought this and watched a YouTube video to install it, problem solved. It was way cheaper than having a repair man come and only took about 30 minutes to install it. Two frugal thumbs up.

My washer stopped pulling in water. After checking the valves, I could see a crack on the cold water valve. I ordered this replacement part, watched a video, and had it replaced within 15 minutes. Super easy to do and saved me a lot on a repair or replacement.

Ordered and paid for a new one. Thrilled when i got this but now a little leery that its used. I installed it and it works fine but clearly as the old one had a shelf life, this one will too.

The water water valve worked faultlessly and solved the problem encountered with the washer. I had looked on line for a replacement water valve and found the exact same valve on some of the 'appliance repair' sites at a much higher price.The decision to purchase this valve was, in actually, a very good one. The valve arrived quickly, Prime took care of the shipping and the valve was almost identical to the unit I removed from the washer. Total time to install and have the machine 'up and running' was less than 15 minutes. Most of that time was the removal of the old valve.It's been several months since the valve was installed and it still functions as it was designed.Money well spent with this purchase. If needed and it fulfills your needs....buy it....you will not be disappointed.
