Intended to measure vacuum pressure in the brake booster. This is used on many GM vehicles from about 2008 to 2024 models, replacements should be around for a while. The short port plugs into the brake booster, the longer port is for 3/8(9.5mm) hose. Uses pigtail connector PT2648 or GM#13580873, study pictures carefully, similar connectors may not fit. Requires +5volt power on pin 3, ground(-) on pin 2, signal out on pin 1, pin numbers are inside. I measured output at 4hg=1.05V, 25hg=3.858V; very linear. I will use to build a custom brake vacuum pump for older muscle car with big cam for less money than retail race-made pumps. I'm also using a replacement late model GM vacuum pump. Five stars because it seems a good solution for my project. It took two tries to get the right connector, so I share that info for others. Without the pigtail its not a practical solution.
