This was more sturdy that I'd expected. Very well made product, and far less cost than a big name brand. I tested it when I received it, and it worked. This is the way a circuit breaker should be made.

I installed this on my self built solar generator. I have it placed between my battery bank and 1500 W pure sine wave inverter. The batteries can perform at 150Ah continuous, and I needed something to protect my investment. 1500W inverter divided by 12V system equals 125A. So I decided to use 2/0 copper THHN cabling, and use this 200A breaker. It is a little overkill, but I am able to draw 1500W on my system with no warming whatsoever on my cabling. This 200A DC breaker works flawlessly. It is easy to use and install. It gives me piece of mind knowing that my system is well protected. I even use it to cut power to the inverter by simply pressing trip button. So this serves dual a dual purpose. I think that it is a very good value and it is well worth the price. I give it 5 stars.

Works as it should, only time will tell if it was a good deal and product. It’s mounted in a cabin cruiser for a solar array, as long as it trips if there is a problem im happy.

I've used this breaker now for a few months as both a means to protect from a short circuit or overload, but also as a convenient on/off switch. This breaker is installed on the positive side of my battery bank that powers several dusk-to-dawn outdoor lights so it's important that my wiring is protected in the event the wiring gets damaged or a light goes haywire. When installing, I intentionally test the overload capabilities of these and it only took about a second for it to trip so I know it's works great. It is also good at turning off the circuit when I do not want the outside lights to come on. It can easily accommodate up to 1/0 wiring, have not tried any larger wiring with these but looks like you could if needed. To manually cut the circuit, you just press the button. To reset it you slide the exposed lever back into place. Very easy, and very dependable.
