These fit perfectly and tightly on standard 550 paracord. They hold up to normal use. They can be opened ... using pliers or pry tool and go back together; they have been durable after reopening and closing.

Note that two intact parallel strands of 550 paracord will just barely fit into the narrow opening, leaving insufficient space for the closing piece. So the closing piece will not click into place to hold the cord, and the thing simply falls apart... Perhaps these zipper pulls could be used with smaller diameter cordage.

4mm para chord is pretty hard to fit into these, some will stay snapped shut and some won't. Maybe there's some kind of a trick to using these, but I haven't found it. I used these for making key fobs for my bike keys. They work OK, but it's kinda difficult to get them to close nicely on the 4mm chord. If you look at the photos, I included, you can see the middle one stays closed but is kinda over smashed. I'll probably redo this one...again. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and this kind of thing has a tendency to bug me!

These worked really well! I could put both ends of the 1/8" bungee cord in them for a great fit.
