Nice quality little latches. The only reason I've deducted a star is because these really should have a way to lock the pull-rod into the length you like. You can turn it to change the length. There should be at least one jamb nut to keep it where you want it. The quality of these is impressive. Even the red rubber dip on the handles. Picture in my hand to show scale. They're like little jewels.
