I ordered this for my tennis elbow issue and this product has helped me a lot to ease the pain. I wear it all day long and that compression makes me feel good. Soft stretchy material that does not loose its effectiveness with time.

If you have got arthritis ,tendonitis in your arms like i do then this is one thing i do recommend and trying out.There is another one of these that its little cheaper then this one is,here is the difference this one is thicker and more compression on you then the other one is if you dont have serious issue like cramping....aches ...pain ..soreness .. just need something to keep your arms warm then get the other one but if you do have those issue then this is the one you need Not saying its going to cure all problems but im saying you wont be suffering as much as you are now without. it will take some time to get use to it and get it in the right spot ,,,, as for cleaning it LISTEN TO ME""" DO NOT PUT THIS IN A WASHING MACHINE OR DRYER ...i dont care what the instruction says ignore it. i have seen this item get destroy because of this ...how to clean it then ...go to your sink i know it says cold water but i use luke warm water to wet it with and squeeze it out with then have the sink plug in run some cold water in it use some washing liquid with nothing in it just plan washing detergent out in there hand wash it then hang it up some where that it can drip dry ... i have a coat hanger on my shower rod i take a cloths pin and hang it from it so far no issue and i think its a great item to have as long you treat it right ...

I purchased these arm sleeves for my husband for both running and volleyball. He uses them for compression on long runs and to keep his forearms dryer while playing volleyball. He's a bigger build (former marine) and ordered an XL. They fit him nicely on the forearms and were bordering on too small on his upper arms. I would think that someone of a leaner build wont have the same snugness. Overall the quality was very nice. Stitching and fabric were both nice and they were fairly moisture-wicking as well. We'd recommend for runners and volleyball players alike. I purchased these sleeves as a discounted price in exchange for a review of the product.
