I order this as a Christmas gift and the amplifier stopped working 31 days after date of purchase. I reached out to the seller and was offered $12. There’s no way to replace the equipment with $12.

The guitar itself seems to be decent quality but not sure of sound because the amp is very cheap and doesn't work at all. Will have to return the whole thing. Not worth buying. Will just go to an actual music store after I get my refund. Don't buy, not worth the money.

guitar seemed fine. The (tiny) amplifier did not turn on, and also did not come with a power supply...it needs a 9V battery (not included). In any case, it would not turn on anyway so had to be returned. No option to replace the item with the seller, only to return for a refund.
