I'm reviewing this based on the appearance as I could not find someone to install it for me. The white handles are perfect. One of them was a bit off vertical but that could probably have been adjusted by a plumber. I will probably reorder this item whenever I can get a plumber!!

When I first got this, they forgot to pack the sprayer holder. I emailed them and they responded right away that it was supposed to be in there and that would ship it right away. I got it later that week. It’s all installed on my parents’ tub and works great and looks very nice too! Great customer service.

This was easy to install and looks great on our clawfoot tub. I love the shower piece, while I love taking a bath, this makes it easy to rinse off. Also perfect for bathing pets.

I live in an almost 100 year old house, and while these vintage homes can be beautiful (lots of great woodwork, built in cabinetry and other old school charm), among the many frustrations alongside old cloth electrical wiring and non-standard size doors is old "claw foot tub" bath plumbing. The faucet fixture I had was in a serious state of degradation, and looked kind of jerry-rigged to do the job (literally looked like a sawed off sink faucet with a diverter welded in!). I searched high and low for a reasonably priced, better looking replacement - and finally found this... and I couldn't be more pleased with it! It fit the plumbing perfectly, installed in less than half an hour and looks and works flawlessly. This bad boy is heavy and sturdy and seems built to last! Highly recommended!
