This battery is absolutely dangerous it was a replacement battery for my sons electric dirt bike, and while he was out riding it caught on fire. Thank goodness he was able to get off the bike and not be seriously injured. I DO NOT recommend this battery at all.

Few issues . Most likely my fault. Battery is solid. Customer service has been the best I've seen! I'm a real person .. these guys are legit CS wise . If your trying to find a decent battery but you worry if it goes had quick. These guys have been more than accommodating. I don't write reviews but I'm so grateful for them refunding me, that they deserved one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The pack looks sturdy; the charge wires could be a bit thicker, but they are perfectly fine for the charger that comes with the pack. After the initial top-off charge, I measured a few full discharge-charge cycles. I measured between full charge at 4.2V/cell and empty at 3.0V/cell; the manufacturer specifies 2.8-3V/cell as lower discharge limit.This corresponds to going from 54.6V down to 39V for the 48V/20Ah pack. For the discharge, at 0.8A, I measured 14.6Ah and 14.7Ah total capacity.With the nominally 2A charger the battery charged at 1.7 to 1.8A, and I measured a total charge from 39V to 54.6V of 15.4Ah.Internal resistance at full charge seems to be 0.13Ohm (0.1V drop for 0.8A discharge current), which corresponds to 0.13/13s * 6p = 60milliOhm per cell, which supposedly is a good number for Li-ion cells.At 75% of the advertised capacity the pack still seems like a very good deal.

I bought this for my Lectric Expedition to add a third battery. It added almost double the range. The included charger works Though it feals cheap. Do not hook it up to the battery untill you plug it into the wall or the battery will spark to the charger, possibly damaging both. Since the charging port does not stop reverse current. It will most likely spark a bit when pluging it in to the wall as it is charging the capacitors. Though that is normal. I leave the charger plugged in to the wall and have no issues with sparks when plugging into the battery at the two voltages are close. I would suggest using some heavy foam or rubber and heavy duty zip ties to hold it in place.

Installed 2 batteries in my Organic Transit Elf. Excellent right out of the box. Good power and so far lots and lots of miles per charge at a really good price.
