Returned. They do not stay on (centered) correctly, curling on the sides, and my hen had a bloody tail! Not sure if it was because of the movement or it caused MORE abuse for her!

We got these saddles for tail protection as a result of feather pecking in our flock of eight girls. The medium dress is the perfect size to cover the base of the tail on a standard sized hen. They have a very simple but cute design that is easy to put on and we have had no instances where the dress has come off of any of our girls or caused any problems. All of our chickens have one on except for the two pecking instigators. There is now peace in Chicken Land and it seems that currently our problems have been solved. We absolutely love these saddles/dresses.
