Although these are decent string winders, and they arrived quickly, it was supposed to be a 'three pack' but only two of the units were intact. The third was obviously damaged before packaging as there were no broken pieces in the bag. We decided to simply keep the two working ones since requesting a return was lame being as we would have had to return all three. For the price, which is great when you have multiple guitars like us and like to have string winders in our cases, it's still a good deal. We hope the quality of the two apparently solid winders holds up ok and that it was truly just a fluke.
