These pans are great. They are very non-stick and the depth makes them so versatile. I wish they made a version that was a bit heavier for searing purposes but outside of that I use these for almost everything. Highly recommend.

One of the pans came with a scratch in the inside non stick, so probably not going to last. The handle is very cheaply made and all the edges are a bit sharp. They are pretty to look at and do heat evenly but I will try to get new handles. Will need to get some handle holders in the mid time as they do get very hot.

The pans are really nice but we will be returning because the handles heat up with the pan and cannot be handled with out using hot pads to protect your hands from getting burned.

I have a $2500 set of pots and pans and I choose to use these. I think I’m going to shop for a sit with lids next time. But I love the brand. You will not be disappointed.!!!!

Item as described, non stick, heats evenly, not too heavy, 3 different sizes, Downfall - NOT DISHWASHER SAFE- Do not wash in dishwasher. Hand wash only!! Can not be stacked without a protection in between them according to manufacturers paperwork that comes with them.
